We understand that our customers rely on us to provide them with healthy and vibrant animals that will thrive in their home aquariums. To ensure that our livestock meets the highest standards of health and quality, we maintain a strict quarantine process for all new arrivals.
We hold all livestock in our dedicated quarantine system for a minimum of two weeks where they will undergo intensive observation and are medicated as needed to ensure our animals are free from parasites and diseases.
