Mulberry Leaves are natural botanicals commonly used as a supplemental food source for shrimp, other crustaceans, and grazing fish. Once prepared and introduced to the aquarium, the leaves soften as they remain submerged, allowing aquarium inhabitants to graze directly on the plant material.

As the leaves break down, their surfaces also become incorporated into the biological environment of the aquarium, providing additional opportunities for microbial and biofilm development. This makes Mulberry Leaves particularly useful in shrimp and other invertebrate-focused aquariums.
