Spider Wood is known for its intricate, branch-like structure that adds a dynamic and natural feel to aquariums and terrariums. With twisted arms and root-like projections, it creates striking focal points, provides cover for aquatic life, and enhances layout depth. It’s a favorite among aquascapers for building eye-catching hardscape designs and works beautifully in both submerged and dry environments.

The wood starts out light in color and may darken slightly over time when waterlogged.

Size Ranges (approximate):

• Small (S): 7–12”

• Medium (M): 12–15”

• Large (L): 15–20” (STORE PICKUP ONLY)

• Extra Large (XL): 19–24” (STORE PICKUP ONLY)

Important Info:

• Each piece is one-of-a-kind with its own shape and character. Images are for reference only.

• Like other woods, Spider Wood can release tannins, which may slightly tint your water. This is harmless and can be reduced by boiling or soaking the wood before adding it to your setup.

• It may float when first introduced. Soak until fully saturated or secure it in place to prevent floating.

• We recommend rinsing thoroughly before use. Boiling for 1–2 hours is optional but can help prepare it for aquarium use more quickly.
